The Top Plate for Sony FX5 provides a secure, low-profile mounting solution that expands accessory capabilities without requiring a cage. Designed to bolt directly to the FX5, it adds additional mounting points while maintaining a clean, compact camera configuration.
Forward-facing ¼"-20 mounting points support accessories such as bolt-on rod mounts for lens motors and future lens support solutions. The Top Plate operates independently from the cage, allowing it to be used as a standalone accessory or integrated into a larger FX5 build.
Note: Not compatible with the Native Handle or Native EVF.
