The Safety Dovetail opens up the option to use ARCA accessories like the Shoulder Plate to quickly add or remove accessories to the base of the dovetail. Threaded ¼”-20 and ⅜”-16 holes across the center allow for wedge plates and other accessories to attach directly to the dovetail. This dovetail follows the ARRI standard and includes a safety catch on the end to prevent accidental camera removal.
