The Half Cage for Sony FX5 provides a lightweight, secure foundation for building out the camera while maintaining access to controls and connections. Designed to support baseplates, grips, and other accessories, it adds flexible mounting options while maintaining a clean, compact profile.
Integrated mounting points support the optional Rear Cage Bracket, while a cold shoe and strap loop add convenient accessory and retention options. Removable cable retention points help secure HDMI and USB-C connections and reduce strain during operation.
The cage provides flexible ARCA mounting for both cinema and gimbal configurations and supports the E-PL Revolva Support Adapter for workflows requiring internal ND. Expand the Half Cage with the optional Cage Grip for a more complete handheld setup.
