The D-Tap to Dummy LPE6P cable enables select Canon cameras using LPE6P batteries to be powered from any D-Tap output. A built-in voltage converter within the dummy battery adapts the standard 14.4V from external batteries down to the 9V required by the camera, ensuring safe and consistent operation on set.
Reverse polarity protection safeguards both the camera and cable in the event that the D-Tap connection is accidentally reversed. This solution extends runtime for long shoots, eliminating the need for frequent battery swaps. The cable length of this item is 55 inches long.
