B-Mount D-Box® System for Sony VENICE

Designed to seamlessly integrate and maximize power efficiency on the Sony VENICE and VENICE 2, the B-Mount D-Box® expands power options for both the camera and accessories by adding 24V to the camera. Running 24v as an input source allows the camera’s native accessory outputs to expand to 2A. 

Power Strip
This system includes a 3.5-inch 5-pin D-Link cable and a Power Strip, providing enhanced connectivity and streamlined power management. 

D-Box® Power Strip features contoured connectors that match the camera’s profile and connector angles, ensuring all cables can be installed without collisions. This Power Strip communicates with the camera, allowing for the use of any ARRI standard start/stop trigger. It attaches to the top right side of the camera via a 3-pin connector and includes a Tape Hook threaded hole, offering a secure and reliable connection.

The included Power Strip provides multiple power outputs for accessories:

• 2x 3-pin connectors unregulated 24V with Run Stop
• 2x 2-pin at 15V regulated

The B-Mount D-Box® offers onboard hot-swap capability with DC-In power, ensuring seamless transitions between power sources. This D-Box includes 2x D-Tap connectors at 15V regulated, with a maximum 5.8A current rating shared between connectors, providing additional power flexibility for external accessories.

With high-efficiency power distribution and flexible expansion options, the Gold Mount Plus D-Box® is an essential upgrade for Sony VENICE users looking for enhanced power management and accessory support.
