The Symmetrical Left/Right Top Plates can be flipped and attached to either side of the EOS C400, providing additional ⅜”-16 and ¼”-20 mounting points for accessories like the NATO Side Rail, with or without the native top handle. Forward-facing ⅜”-16 mounting points allow accessories like Bolt-On Rods and Rod Clamps, and the Top Plate Dual Rod Clamp - Front can be attached when both plates are used and the native handle is detached.
Note: users will need to remove the film plane tape hook and install it on the top plate so the left/ right plate is installed correctly if the user intends on using the tape hook.
