The PL Lens Adapter Support is designed to secure the Wooden Camera RF to PL lens mount adapter, enhancing stability and reducing strain on the camera's lens mount. Installation requires the Top Plate of the cage. The support bracket bolts directly onto the Top Plate and uses a ratcheting tie-down system to tightly secure the lens adapter. This bracket should be installed before the lens mount adapter is added.
Mounted using standard ¼”-20 screws, this bracket was specifically engineered for use with our Canon EOS C50 cage systems. The added support provided by the PL Lens Adapter is essential for professional workflows, especially when using heavier cinema lenses or extended lens setups.
