The Side Top Plate Extension mounts to the top of the camera via two ⅜”-16 screws, providing a secure base for additional accessories without covering the camera’s top dovetail.
The Side Plate adds ¼”-20 and ⅜”-16 mounting points along the top of the camera and a forward-facing mounting point that can be used with accessories like the Bolt-On Rods or the Dual Rod Clamp.
Etching near the forward screw indicates the camera's film plane. While the Side Plate is installed, users can use the native top handle by sliding it along its channel on the camera, even with the plate installed. Blind holes are incorporated to prevent damage to the camera.
This item is also compatible with the Rear and Front Top Plates for the FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55.
