Creative Solutions LA Reopens

Beginning Wednesday, July 1st, CSLA will receive customers for modified in-store pickup appointments Monday - Friday, 8:​00AM to 5:​00PM, hours subject to change according to local ordinances. In compliance with county regulations we will be implementing the following safety measures for in-store appointments and pickup:

  • Masks are required inside store at all times.
  • Please wear gloves and ask for assistance when handling products.
  • Limit 4 customers in store
  • Maintain 6ft distancing at all times.
  • Please text us at 747-223-6718 to have Will Call order brought outside.
  • Demos and Kit Builds must be scheduled in advance by calling (855) 205-5510.
  • Our team members will utilize fresh PPE for each customer interaction and iPads and other business tools will be sanitized after each use for your safety.

      If you have a product that needs repair, you are more than welcome to drop it off for paid shipment to our primary facilities. An RMA form must be completed and an appointment must be scheduled prior to arrival. Email support@woodencamera.com for details.

      As COVID-19 continues to impact each of our lives, Wooden Camera also continues to follow local Texas ordinances as well as guidelines set by the World Health Organization to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. With these practices in mind, as of June 1, 2020, Wooden Camera offices are fully operational.

      The safety of our employees and the cleanliness of our products are our top priority. That’s why we have taken the following precautions at our facilities:

      • Provide gloves and masks for all employees, which are worn at all times and changed frequently
      • Require social distancing of at least 6ft/2m at all times
      • Wipe products clean prior to packaging
      • Implement additional measures that allow employees to be transparent about their health

      To the Wooden Camera Community,

      As the impact of COVID-19 reshapes how business is conducted across the globe, Wooden Camera is taking precautionary measures to ensure the continued health and safety of our facilities, staff, and valued customers. We are closely monitoring the situation with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and our local government updates in Burbank and Dallas to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

      That said, in order to protect our staff and customers we will be instituting a temporary closure of both our Dallas and Los Angeles storefronts beginning Tuesday, March 17th until further notice. By practicing safe social distancing, we hope to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus through and to both our employees and customers. If you have an urgent need for a product, please do not hesitate to call or email us and we will work to find the best solution to meet your needs.

      We realize that closing our retail locations may affect many of our local customers. As of Monday, March 23, 2020 online orders and shipments from our Dallas headquarters are currently delayed by 5 business days due to health and safety measures in place to protect our employees and customers against COVID-19. Once our usual shipping speed resumes, we will provide an update here as well as on socials. As always, we offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders. If you need to make a return, or have a product repaired, please reach out via email to our team at rma@woodencamera.com for shipping instructions and documentation. Let us know if you have a deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
